These Terms and Conditions set out the conditions for purchases in the online shop operated by the provider.
2. Scope and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the website.
By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
3. Formation of the contract
- The contract is concluded electronically in Hungarian.
- The purchase does not constitute a written contract and is not filed.
- Placing an order creates an obligation to pay.
Orders are confirmed by email.
4. Products and prices
- The displayed prices are stated in Hungarian forints (HUF).
- The prices are exempt from VAT under the provider’s personal tax exemption (AAM) and do not include VAT.
- The provider reserves the right to change prices; this does not affect orders already placed.
5. Ordering process
- Add a product to the cart
- Complete the checkout page
- Select a payment method
- Finalize the order
The customer is responsible for incorrect or incomplete information.
6. Payment methods
6.1. Card payments (SimplePay)
Card payments are processed through SimplePay (OTP Mobil Kft.).
- Card details are not disclosed to the provider.
- The transaction takes place on SimplePay’s secure payment page.
7. Delivery
- Delivery method: postal delivery
- Delivery fee: 2000 Ft
Delivery times are indicative. The provider accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the postal service.
8. Invoicing
The invoice is issued electronically through the Számlázz.hu system and sent to the customer by email.
9. Right of withdrawal
9.1. Exercising the right of withdrawal
Under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period is:
- 14 days from receipt of the product in the case of a sale of goods
9.2. How to withdraw
Notice of withdrawal must be sent in writing to the following email address:

9.3. Refunds
- The provider refunds the purchase price within 14 days of acknowledging the withdrawal.
- The refund is made using the original payment method.
- The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
10. Statutory warranty and product warranty
The customer has statutory warranty and product warranty rights under the Hungarian Civil Code.
In the event of defective performance, the customer may request:
- repair or replacement
- a price reduction
- withdrawal from the contract
11. Disclaimer
The provider accepts no responsibility for:
- temporary unavailability of the website
- force majeure events
- damage caused by the fault of third parties (such as couriers or payment providers)
12. Data processing
Data processing on the website is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is available on a separate page of the website.
13. Complaint handling
